You will report directly to the Operations Manager and carry out produce inspections while assisting the ripening team. Your knowledge of CFIA/USDA standards is essential in maintaining quality for our customers in both retail and foodservice sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce quality specifications vital to Gambles’ standards
• Conduct assessments during live inbound product receiving
• Monitor and follow up on items needing quality checks
• Manage outbound quality control checks
a• Review cooler checklist to report sub-par products

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Familiarity with CFIA and USDA standards preferred
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Capability to lift 50 lbs in a warehouse setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
