Key Responsibilities:
• Design mechanical systems including HVAC and plumbing
• Perform load calculations and energy modeling




• Prepare drawings and specifications using Revit
• Collaborate with other disciplines to resolve conflicts
• Conduct site visits for project support

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in mechanical design
• Proficiency with Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD
• Experience with load-calculation software
• Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards
• Eligible for APEGA membership
