Join Houle in Nanaimo as an Electrical Project Manager/Estimator and make a difference in community projects. This position combines technical skills with relationship-building.

We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager/Estimator for Houle's Service Division. Your expertise will ensure the successful estimation, tendering, and management of electrical service projects. You will be crucial in maintaining strong supplier relationships and effectively overseeing project financials, schedules, and risk management, thus ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Submit tenders and accurately estimate initiatives
• Review contracts to highlight any potential issues
• Manage billing, purchasing, and labor effectively




• Ensure projects are executed within budget and timeline
• Collaborate with field staff to achieve objectives

Requirements:
• Electrical Engineering degree or trade certificate needed
• At least 2 years in project management or estimating
• Familiarity with commercial electrical service projects preferred
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Proficient in MS Office and estimating software
