Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of wastewater and water plants
• Supervise operator performance and documentation




• Evaluate plant conditions and implement adjustments
• Prepare compliance reports for management review
• Facilitate training programs for current staff

Requirements:
• Proven experience in water/wastewater treatment
• Strong leadership abilities in a unionized setting
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications
• Ability to work shifts and on-call
• Valid Class “G” driver’s licence
