Key Responsibilities:
• Shape and execute OTP's sport performance strategy
• Guide development of athlete performance optimization plans
• Build partnerships with key stakeholders in Canadian sport
• Conduct thorough assessments of sports programs
• Ensure investment decisions align with strategic goals
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in sport management or similar
• Over 10 years in a senior sports leadership role
• Demonstrable experience with Olympic or Paralympic initiatives
• Extensive knowledge of Canadian sport systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
