Serve as the primary technical resource for the powered material handling equipment maintenance program Perform advanced diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance activities Review, prioritize, and follow up on work orders in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Coordinate external service vendors and verify the quality of completed work Provide technical support and coaching to Technician I – Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Requirements

Robust experience in maintaining electric material handling trucks Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and electronic control systems Proven ability to coordinate maintenance activities, manage competing priorities, and work independently Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to effectively use a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to manage work orders, maintenance history, and preventive maintenance tasks Valid Quebec Class 5 driver's license Core Competencies
