Your Role:
Lead engineering projects from concept through execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You’ll drive plant efficiency, support process improvements, and guide cross‑functional teams in a hands‑on manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and execute engineering and plant-based projects
- Manage cross-functional teams and project timelines
- Drive process improvements and plant optimization using Lean principles
- Oversee design, layout, and equipment upgrades
- Track risks, issues, and project performance metrics
- Support new equipment and line commissioning
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and plant operations
- Experience with Lean, process improvement, and project leadership
- Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Solid understanding of GD&T; and engineering standards
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills
