Empower patients’ daily lives as a compassionate Personal Support Worker. Provide essential care to meet the physical and emotional needs of individuals in long-term care or community settings.
In this part time position, you will engage directly with patients to enhance their well-being. Candidates should hold a PSW Program or HCA/CCA certification and ideally have experience in dementia or palliative care. Effective communication with healthcare teams and families is critical to ensure excellent care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with essential daily living activities
• Provide support for feeding, personal hygiene, and mobility
• Communicate positively with staff, families, and patients




• Document care plans and activities accurately
• Use a reliable vehicle to reach patients in the community
Requirements:
• Completion of a PSW Program or recognized certification
• Familiarity with long-term care or community settings
• Experience in care documentation systems
• Proficient communication skills in English
• Independent work experience in community care is a plus
