This full-time position involves supervising the Rentals Department, leading Detailing, Housekeeping, and PDI teams to ensure rental units meet and exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily activities across Detailing and Housekeeping teams
• Schedule staff and review daily performance
• Ensure all RVs are thoroughly inspected and cleaned
• Support operational performance monitoring
• Assist in employee training and development
Requirements:
• At least two years’ experience in RV rentals or hospitality
• Proven leadership and organizational abilities
• Strong customer service focus
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of health and safety practices
