IEM is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to enhance our medium to high-mix volume manufacturing environment. This position offers a vibrant opportunity for growth by leveraging your hands-on experience with structured problem-solving methodologies and Kaizen strategies. Collaborate in a fast-paced setting, ensuring quality and efficiency in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize manufacturing processes for quality and efficiency
• Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects
• Develop standard work instructions for production
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks or defects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 3–7 years in manufacturing or process engineering
• Proficient in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
• Experience with ERP/MES systems
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
