This senior role will lead the overall performance of Forma Steel’s manufacturing plant. You will be responsible for creating operational strategies, developing team capabilities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives across all shifts, enhancing productivity and reducing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee plant performance for quality, delivery, and productivity
• Set expectations for daily management and KPI reviews
• Build succession planning and accountability at all levels
• Own the operations budget and monitor costs
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Requirements:
• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership
• Experience managing multi-level teams of 75+ employees
• Robust financial acumen and budgeting skills
• Background in sheet metal or similar environments
• Proven track record of implementing improvement programs
