The role demands a skilled Mechanic with a reliable background and strong mechanical abilities, ideally with previous leadership experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles
• Repair mechanical systems, including brakes and hydraulic systems




• Adhere to GFL safety policies and maintain standards
• Test equipment for functionality post-repair
• Provide thorough documentation of all completed repairs

Requirements:
• Valid Journeyman certificate in Truck and Transport or Heavy Equipment
• Familiarity with SGI Motor Vehicle Inspection standards
• Required Class 5 Driver’s License with clean record
• Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting capabilities
• Available for overtime work as required
