As the Fundraising Manager, you'll oversee a dedicated team, guiding donor engagement and campaign execution while ensuring strong retention and stewardship. This permanent, full time position entails managing staff and collaborating with the Chief Development Officer to uphold the organization’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:
• Foster donor relationships through effective stewardship and engagement
• Lead the Development Team in implementing fundraising campaigns

• Supervise Development Operations and Donor Stewardship Coordinators

Requirements:
• Minimum three years of fundraising or donor development experience
