As a member of the Legal Services team, you will report directly to the Director & Senior Legal Counsel, contributing 7–10 years of experience in contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and public procurement. The role emphasizes proactive legal advice and effective risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offer legal insight on corporate, procurement, and regulatory matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal instruments
• Assess compliance obligations and legal risks
• Deliver strategic legal guidance to internal stakeholders
• Facilitate updates on policies and regulatory practices

Requirements:
• Law degree and Bar Association membership
• 7–10 years of relevant legal practice experience
• In-depth knowledge of corporate/commercial law
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills
• Bilingual in English and French
