Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the enablement intake and triage system
• Curate programs' operating rhythm for smooth execution
• Coordinate end-to-end product launch processes
• Document and maintain operational procedures
• Track OKRs and produce program health reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years in program or project management
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in creating and managing OKR infrastructure
• Strong project management and communication abilities
