About the Opportunity We're looking for a Product Inventory Analyst to support a high-volume operations environment within the gaming sector. In this contract role, you'll help ensure consignment inventory remains accurate, efficient, and well controlled across a complex distribution network, supporting reliable revenue recognition and informed product decisions.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external business partners to investigate discrepancies, resolve operational issues, and identify risks. This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys working with data, navigating multiple systems, and taking ownership of issues through to resolution.

Your Responsibilities You'll monitor inventory availability, efficiency, and velocity, translating findings into actionable insights for sales and product teams.
You'll proactively identify inventory and sales issues, coordinating timely remediation to support accurate inventory and revenue reporting.
You'll lead the analysis, reconciliation,



and resolution of inventory discrepancies with key stakeholders.
You'll coordinate end-of-life inventory activities, identifying and escalating potential risks.
You'll prepare inventory, exception, and incident trend reporting to support governance and decision-making.
You'll identify integrity concerns and risk indicators, partnering with appropriate teams to coordinate timely action.
You'll develop procedures and recommend process or system enhancements that improve productivity and inventory performance.
Skills and Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, product planning, or a similar analytical role within a high-volume distribution environment.
Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated experience with ERP systems for inventory management, sales, and distribution, with SAP experience preferred.
Solid data fluency across ERP, enterprise data warehouse (EDW), and CRM platforms, including extracting and interpreting multi-source datasets.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and summarized reporting.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and confidence navigating ambiguity.
Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners through issue resolution.
