• Experience as a development shift supervisor in mining
• Current BC ShiftBoss certification required
• Strong understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Ability to manage tasks in a dynamic workplace
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License; manual proficiency preferred
