We're recruiting on behalf of a leading Ontario insurance brokerage for an experienced Personal Lines Manage r to lead one of their core personal lines teams

What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a team of 20+ Personal Lines Account Managers across remote, hybrid, and in-office roles
Conduct monthly one-on-ones, performance reviews, and quality/coaching reviews to support ongoing development
Run regular team meetings to keep everyone aligned on changes, priorities, and results
Train and onboard new hires, providing hands-on support as they rampup
Partner with senior management on technical and administrative matters
Ensure the team's work meets carrier and company guidelines and standards
Build strong, trust-based relationships across the team and with branch partners
What You Bring 5+ years of Personal Lines Insurance experience




Prior leadership or supervisory/management experience required
Active RIBO license requi red; CIP or CAIB designation is a plus
Strong working knowledge of insurance products, policies, and industry practices
Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills (MS Office?
Comfort working under pressure and leading a team with varying skill levels
Familiarity with Power Broker, Applied Epic, or Compu-Quote is an asset
Ability to work from the office 4 days per week with some flexibility
Why This Opportunity Competitive salary: $85,000 – $110,000, commensurate with experience
