Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor Area Managers in effective relationship management
• Achieve budgeted sales growth across the portfolio
• Coordinate team-building events for enhanced collaboration




• Manage operational issues collaboratively with Area Managers
• Execute the COBS strategic plan at the bakery level

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Senior Management
• Operational experience in retail and franchises
• Strong analytical and facilitation skills
• Proven ability to influence change
• Excellent conflict resolution capabilities
