As part of the Specialty Lines team, you'll investigate complex commercial claims, including Builder’s Risk from our MGA channel. Your expertise will help guide the negotiation process and ensure compliance with standards, while also offering mentorship to peers within the company. Your efforts will enhance overall claims processing and customer relations.
• Communicate regularly with policyholders and brokers
• Settle claims according to company guidelines
• Mentor junior staff on complex claims
Requirements:
• Proven problem-solving skills in time-sensitive situations
• Experience in claims handling preferred
• Undergraduate Degree or CIP designation beneficial
• Solid attention to detail and organization
• Flexibility to travel when required
