JLL is seeking a dedicated Building Operator in Vancouver, BC, to oversee building operations and maintain system integrity. This on-site role focuses on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

In this capacity, the Building Operator will be responsible for daily operations, reporting directly to the Lead Building Operator. With a focus on tenant satisfaction, you will respond to service requests promptly and perform vital maintenance tasks across wide-ranging building systems. This role requires collaboration with multiple trades and a hands-on approach to building management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and operate HVAC and security systems
• Address tenant requests swiftly and effectively
• Perform regular preventative maintenance and repairs




• Input data related to building systems in automation software
• Assist teams for maintenance across multiple properties

Requirements:
• British Columbia 5th or 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate required
• At least 2 years in commercial building operations
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to react effectively in crisis situations
• Capability to work independently and meet deadlines
