Cando Rail & Terminals is seeking a Sr. Manager, Railcar Mechanical Services to provide strategic leadership for North America-wide railcar mechanical operations.
You will define long-term strategy, standards, and processes to ensure safe, reliable, and profitable repair operations across sites. You will collaborate with Operations, Service Delivery, Business Development, Mechanical, and Safety teams to implement maintenance programs, support recent business, establish repair capabilities, and
