Collaborate with key stakeholders including the National Medical Director to align veterinary practices with operational goals, shaping a solid culture of care and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operational performance for clinics in the Lower Mainland
• Address operational shortfalls with innovative solutions
• Oversee P&L; management and accountability at all levels




• Facilitate new clinic launch processes and staffing
• Communicate performance insights to Clinic Support Centre

Requirements:
• Extensive experience in multi-unit healthcare leadership
• Deep financial acumen with a clear understanding of P&L;
• Strong ability to develop relationships with clinic teams
• Comfortable in evolving, high-growth settings
• Curiosity or background in veterinary medicine
