OpenTable is seeking a Cloud Network Automation Specialist to enhance network operations utilizing cutting-edge technology. This hybrid role focuses on cloud networking, automation, and problem-solving.

You will be an integral part of the Network Operations team, responsible for developing automation tools to manage cloud and datacenter networks. The role requires advanced knowledge of AWS, TCP/IP, and experience with automation frameworks such as Ansible. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network reliability and security while embracing a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain cloud automation tools for network configurations
• Fix connectivity problems with cutting-edge solutions




• Oversee security implementations across platforms
• Assist in configuring and managing hybrid network environments
• Take part in an on-call rotation for critical escalations

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in network engineering
• Strong understanding of cloud networking principles
• Proficiency in Python and configuration automation
• Knowledge of network protocols, including EVPN-VXLAN
• Experience with F5 LTM platforms is preferred
