As a crucial part of TEAM GREEN, you will oversee various site operations, including waste inspections and traffic control. This role requires expertise in cash handling and operating heavy machinery to ensure efficient waste management. Prioritizing safety and maintenance, you’ll contribute significantly to the smooth running of the transfer station while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Open gates, set up payment registers, and perform checks
• Inspect waste in incoming vehicles and direct traffic
• Collect fee payments and balance cash drawers daily
• Use a skid steer to push and stack waste materials
• Maintain site cleanliness and safety standards
Requirements:
• 1+ years of heavy equipment operation needed
• A valid Driver’s License is mandatory
• Reliable transport for punctual shifts
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs.
