Inpho is developing next-gen electro-photonic chips and is looking for an experienced engineer to enhance the reliability of InP-based devices, including lasers and photodetectors. You will collaborate with multiple teams, focusing on understanding failure mechanisms and improving product design through rigorous reliability characterization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead reliability assessment for lasers, modulator, and photodiodes
• Investigate optical degradation mechanisms and relate them to device physics
• Develop methodologies for reliability screening of optical devices
• Analyze key optical parameters impacting device performance
• Define reliability requirements in product development phases
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics
• 3+ years in semiconductor or photonic reliability engineering
• Profound knowledge of III-V semiconductor device physics
• Familiarity with Telcordia GR-468 standards
• Robust skills in statistical analysis and data interpretation
