Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely tax compliance for affiliated fund vehicles
• Collaborate with finance and legal teams for tax strategy




• Guide public market fund structures and tax efficiency

Requirements:
• 10+ years in corporate tax with a Big4 firm
• Expertise in fund taxation and partnership structures
• CPA and Master of Taxation preferred
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to present complex tax insights clearly
