This position comes with the responsibility of managing 22 patients while adhering to Winnipeg Regional Health Authority standards. Your skills in patient assessments, medication management, and providing excellent care will be essential in ensuring well-being and recovery during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee patient populations with established care plans
• Conduct admission History & Physical exams promptly




• Address urgent issues 24/7 via phone consultation
• Participate in weekly interdisciplinary team rounds
• Collaborate monthly with pharmacists for medication reviews

Requirements:
• Active Manitoba medical license required
• Maintain positive standing with medical board
• WRHA appointment is mandatory
• Appropriate malpractice insurance coverage
• Experience in transitional or rehabilitative care settings
