We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the re-implementation of Enablon, an enterprise SaaS platform used to manage Setting, Health & Safety (EHS), ESG, and operational risk & compliance. The project will evaluate existing business processes and deliver a successful implementation using an out-of-the-box-first approach, minimizing customization while driving business adoption.

Must Hav e

10+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise software implementations

Proven experience delivering SaaS implementation orre-implementation projects (Enablon is preferred but not mandatory)

Experience managing projects from planning through deployment and business adoption

Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams

Experience managing vendors, budgets, timelines, risks, and project governance

Nice to Have

Experience implementing or upgrading Enablon

Experience with EHS, ESG, operational risk, or compliance solutions

Experience leading process assessment and business process improvement initiatives

PMP or equivalent Project Management certification





Lead the end-to-end re-implementation of the Enablon SaaS platform

Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate current EHS processes and identify opportunities to leverage standard Enablon functionality

Drive an out-of-the-box-first implementation approach while balancing business requirements

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risks, issues, budgets, and executive reporting

Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders throughout delivery

Ensure successful testing, deployment, change management, and transition to operations
