Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive District Manager to join our team, someone who not only excels in operational leadership but is deeply committed to driving sustainable business expansion. Key Responsibilities:
Expansion and Profitability

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities and revenue streams within the region to expand market presence.

Build, nurture, and maintain robust client relationships to encourage long-term partnerships and business retention.

Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to develop regional growth strategies, set revenue targets, and capitalise on commercial opportunities.

Responsible for the overall profitability of the region.

Plan, schedule, and coordinate team activities to optimize operational efficiency and coverage,



including managing rotations for off-hours and weekends.

Define staff roles, set performance objectives, and conduct regular performance evaluations to foster accountability and professional growth.

Ensure all employees and contractors receive appropriate training, certifications, and ongoing qualifications to meet operational standards.

Collaborate with senior management and Human Resources to support recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts.

Operational Excellence & Client Service

Oversee delivery and service activities to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.

Maintain seamless operational processes and uphold superior customer service standards.

Guarantee continuous service availability to meet customer demands without disruption.

Drive business performance by supporting, motivating, and developing team members to achieve operational or service targets.

Implement and maintain cost-effective processes alongside accurate operational and quality record-keeping.

Oversee the maintenance, tracking, and management of assets and inventory in accordance with company procedure.

Ensure all operations within the designated region comply with internal policies, external regulations, and safety standards to maintain high-quality performance.

Manage quality control by addressing customer concerns, addressing non-conforming products or services,



and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

What you Bring to the Role

A post-secondary certificate or diploma in a technical, scientific, business, or management discipline is preferred.

3-5 years of experience supervising teams in a business or operational setting.

Proven leadership abilities with strong skills in team management and development.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in standard office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Experience managing financial responsibilities, such as budgeting and cost control.

Valid driver’s license required.

Compensation packages are tailored based on each candidate’s unique attributes, such as expertise, background, credentials, and other relevant factors. This role is classified within a salary range beginning at $95,000, with potential for progression and increased earnings.
