Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the team in promoting outstanding customer service
• Recruit and develop staff through targeted coaching
• Create solutions for escalated customer service issues
• Ensure accuracy in data entry and inventory control
• Monitor and report Accounts Receivable and Payable

Requirements:
• High school diploma; post-secondary education is a benefit
• Experience in customer service or sales for 2+ years
• Supervisory experience in retail preferred
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible to work all shifts as required
