What You’ll Be Doing
As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead all maintenance and reliability activities for a large 24/7 heavy industrial manufacturing operation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a large unionized maintenance organization through supervisors, planners, coordinators and skilled trades
- Driving the transition from reactive maintenance to a proactive reliability culture
- Managing annual maintenance budgets of approximately $20M-$30M
- Leading preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
- Improving equipment reliability and plant uptime
- Managing major shutdowns and turnaround planning
- Leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations
- Developing capital maintenance projects and long-term asset strategies
- Partnering with Production, Engineering and Operations to improve overall plant performance
- Promoting a strong safety culture while achieving maintenance KPIs

This role oversees maintenance and reliability for critical heavy industrial assets including:
- Rotary kilns
- Ball mills
- Crushers
- Conveyors
- Material handling systems
- Dust collection systems

- Mechanical and electrical infrastructure
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to speak with you if you have:
- Electrical Engineering Degree is required
- 7+ years of heavy industrial maintenance experience
- 3-5+ years leading maintenance teams
- Strong experience with reliability engineering
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Preventive and Predictive Maintenance
- CMMS systems
- Shutdown and turnaround planning
- Budget ownership and cost control
- Union leadership experience
- Excellent communication and change management skills
