Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for the Utilities sector
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment processes

• Leverage data to optimize recruitment strategies
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in strategic recruitment
• Proficiency in hiring for Canada and the U.S.
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools
• Proven ability to build effective stakeholder relationships
