Lead the Montessori School in West Vancouver, BC as the Head of School. This full-time role focuses on educational vision, curriculum development, and community engagement.

The Head of School manages all aspects of the school's operations, ensuring adherence to Montessori principles while fostering an inclusive environment. You will oversee curriculum and instructional quality, support faculty, and build relationships with families. In addition, strategic planning and enrollment initiatives play a vital role in your leadership, promoting a culture of curiosity and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure curriculum aligns with Montessori educational philosophy
• Manage daily operations including budgeting and compliance
• Provide coaching and feedback to educators




• Communicate effectively with families and community stakeholders
• Lead enrollment and retention strategies for the school

Requirements:
• Proven experience in Educational Leadership
• Robust background in Curriculum Development and Montessori pedagogy
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to engage with diverse community stakeholders
• Commitment to fostering an enriching school culture
