Join a large-scale Workday transformation supporting payroll and workforce operations across Canada and international regions. This role supports a migration from UKG to Workday with a focus on testing, configuration, reporting, deployment, and issue resolution across Canadian Payroll, Time Tracking, Scheduling, Absence, and Leave functions. The project is preparing for parallel testing ahead of a planned Workday go-live in December 2026. The team requires senior Workday expertise to support testing timelines, validation activities, and knowledge transfer within a complex unionized environment.
Contract, Hybrid, Working Hours: M-F MST
Must Haves
10+ years of Workday experience across Canadian Payroll , Time Tracking , Scheduling , and Absence and Leave
Active Workday certifications in relevant modules
Hands-on expertise leading E2E Testing , UAT , and Parallel Testing
Experience with Advanced Reports , Matrix Reports , and Workday reporting and analytics
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
Nice to Have
Scheduling experience within Workday
Bilingual French/English
Experience supporting ADP to Workday integrations
Responsibilities
Lead End-to-End, User Acceptance, and Parallel Testing activities
Design and deliver Workday reports and analytics solutions
Support Canadian Payroll, Time Tracking, Scheduling, Absence, and Leave functions
Drive issue resolution during deployment activities
Support Canadian payroll processes and workforce requirements
Assist with testing, validation, and issue identification activities
Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
