Key Responsibilities:
• Develop culturally relevant service delivery models
• Ensure timely completion of performance reviews

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in social work or equivalent
• 5+ years in family services, including neurodiversity
• 3+ years in supervisory roles
• Experience in Indigenous cultural practices
• Strong communication and organizational skills
