Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care to patients/residents directly
• Report to the Nurse Manager or designated authority
• Ensure adherence to BCCNM Standards for Nursing Practice




• Foster effective communication with patients and team members
• Participate in ongoing improvements in nursing quality and safety

Requirements:
• Must be registered with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• Prior medical and surgical nursing experience required
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Proven organizational and prioritization skills
• Capable of performing the physical tasks of nursing
