Lead logistics for Public Health Services at the County of Lambton. As the Commander of Logistics, you'll oversee fleet maintenance and quality control to ensure the efficiency of our services.

This full time role demands expertise in logistics, fleet management, and resource allocation. You will manage contracts with vendors and ensure compliance with safety regulations while supporting the Superintendents and paramedics. Your leadership will help maintain vital services for our community of 128,000 residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee fleet and equipment maintenance schedules
• Manage inventory control for consumables and pharmacy items
• Participate in vehicle evaluations and procurement processes




• Develop and maintain policies for equipment and resources
• Monitor compliance with quality and safety standards

Requirements:
• Three years’ experience in management, preferably in healthcare
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Competence in budgeting and expense tracking
• Valid “F” Ontario driver’s license
