Ledcor Highways Ltd. is hiring for seasonal road maintenance from October through April. Ideal candidates will possess a Class 1, 2, or 3 driver’s license and commitment to safety in highway maintenance. In this role, you will operate snowplows and heavy equipment, making a positive impact on your community during winter.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain Alberta highways with snowplows and loaders
• Execute crack sealing and pothole repairs
• Ensure safety of highway signage and bridges
• Operate equipment in various weather conditions
• Assist with labor-intensive tasks as needed

Requirements:
• Valid Class 1, 2, or 3 driver’s license
• Clear driver’s abstract for three years
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Complete pre-employment drug testing
• Experience with snowplow trucks is preferred
