Key Responsibilities:
• Identify maintenance needs through routine inspections
• Execute general maintenance and necessary repairs
• Keep common areas and corridors clean and organized




• Assist with move-ins and suite readiness for current residents
• Build relationships with residents by addressing their concerns

Requirements:
• Experience in building maintenance is beneficial
• Strong troubleshooting skills for minor repairs
• Effective communication and customer service approach
• Dependable, responsible, and motivated to work independently
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including 50 lbs lifting
