Key Responsibilities:
• Direct Oracle HCM Payroll support engagements for clients
• Mentor and oversee the performance of junior consultants
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for project success
• Guide transition and delivery processes in managed services
• Communicate project goals and updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
• Over 5 years in Oracle consulting or managed services
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Preferred knowledge of ServiceNow platform
