Key Responsibilities:
• Train and supervise program volunteers for effective service
• Complete comprehensive needs assessments for clients
• Develop and maintain individualized client action plans
• Provide solutions and facilitate access to community resources
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of services provided
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human/Social Services or equivalent education
• Two years’ experience in the field of Immigrant Services
• Valid Driver’s License needed for on-the-job mobility
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
