Contribute to immigrant welfare as a Settlement and Integration Worker, assisting families in navigating crucial systems. This role combines support, training, and community coordination.

The position requires a candidate with a diploma in Human or Social Services and two years of relevant experience in Immigrant Services. Candidates must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, knowledge of settlement processes, and a valid Driver’s License. Your role is essential in delivering guidance and support for newcomers’ integration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Train and supervise program volunteers for effective service
• Complete comprehensive needs assessments for clients
• Develop and maintain individualized client action plans




• Provide solutions and facilitate access to community resources
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of services provided

Requirements:
• Diploma in Human/Social Services or equivalent education
• Two years’ experience in the field of Immigrant Services
• Valid Driver’s License needed for on-the-job mobility
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
• Effective teamwork abilities for program coordination
