You will collaborate with other OPC departments to deliver educational workshops and develop resources for members. Critical to this role is overseeing legal staff and offering strategic support to organizational governance, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal advocacy in arbitration and tribunal settings
• Support general counsel in contract review and negotiation




• Collaborate in developing training sessions for staff
• Supervise articling students and law clerks
• Advise on legal compliance and governance issues

Requirements:
• Active member of the Law Society of Ontario
• At least seven years in legal practice
• Proven experience in education and employment law
• Strong drafting and research skills
• Proficiency in French is an advantage
