Key Responsibilities:
• Lead administrative conferences and mediation processes

Requirements:
• Minimum four years of mediation experience
• Solid understanding of workers' compensation law
• Proficiency in legal and medical terminology
• Excellent communication skills with diverse individuals
• Preferred qualifications include a law degree and litigation experience
