Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver family-centered primary health care services

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Nursing with Primary Health Care certification
• At least 3 years of NP practice experience in community settings
• Registration in valuable standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Strong organizational and independent working abilities
• CPR certification and valid driver's license
