In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for HRIS support, managing system issues and escalating complex matters. You will ensure accurate data management, conduct reports, and assist with testing and configuration of HR systems. Collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to streamline processes and highlight areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day HR systems user support
• Review and manage employee transactions in SuccessFactors
• Respond to reporting and data requests from stakeholders




• Execute tests and verify compliance with expected outcomes
• Identify process improvement opportunities in HR workflows

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR, Business, or a related field
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
