As a registered social worker, you will play an essential role in supporting graduate and mature students by applying a professional social work perspective to assess risks, manage crises, and facilitate community engagement. Your collaboration with housing and support services will enhance student experiences while promoting mental wellness and safety for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply social work principles in crisis triage
• Develop programs that promote student engagement
• Work closely with campus partners for resident support
• Provide 24-hour on-call support as needed
• Maintain high ethical standards in case management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in social work is essential
• OCSWSSW registration as a Registered Social Worker
• 4+ years of related experience preferred
