Become the Senior Health and Safety Leader for a major construction project in Ontario, Canada. Spearhead safety management initiatives and promote a culture of health and safety.

In this full time role, you will establish key Safety Management Plans and coordinate with Health and Safety teams across various operations. The position demands an influential leader who can deliver training and awareness sessions while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your proactive role is vital for the implementation of effective safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage construction safety processes and documentation
• Plan and oversee training for all project personnel
• Facilitate monthly LTI and HiPo reviews with project management executives




• Conduct site inspections alongside various project teams
• Promote Behavior Based Safety programs effectively

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in construction site safety management
• 5 years in leadership roles within health and safety
• Proven expertise in tunneling or underground operations
• Certified in safety management systems
• Effective communicator with strong leadership qualities
