Partnering directly with executive leadership, you'll guide critical business decisions, evaluate growth opportunities, and build the financial models that shape Zema Global's next stage of growth. You'll own complex analyses across product investments, customer and product economics, and capital allocation, while helping establish scalable FP&A processes. brings exceptional modeling skills and intellectual curiosity to complex problems, and wants their work to have a direct, visible impact on company strategy.What You'll Be DoingBuild and maintain driver-based financial models that support annual planning, rolling forecasts, and long-range strategic planningPartner with executive leadership to evaluate strategic initiatives, develop scenario analyses, and recommend capital allocation prioritiesPartner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering leaders to evaluate business performance and improve investment decisionsBuild financial business cases for new products, go-to-market investments, and hiring plans, and translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for senior leadership and the BoardDesign sophisticated financial models that connect operating drivers to financial outcomes, and perform sensitivity analysis and stress testing to support decision-making in uncertain environmentsAnalyze large datasets to uncover trends, identify risks, and quantify opportunities for improvementSolve complex business problems where historical data may be limited, applying thoughtful assumptions and structured analysisHelp establish scalable FP&A processes, forecasting methodologies, and management reportingImprove data quality, reporting automation, and analytical capabilities across FinanceIdentify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve financial planning and decision supportWhat You'll BringEssentialEducation: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative fieldExperience: 5–7 years in FP&A,
strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting, with experience supporting high-growth businessesTechnical skills: Expert-level financial modeling, with experience building integrated operating and financial models from the ground upIndustry knowledge: Strong understanding of subscription/recurring-revenue business models and associated financial metricsAnalytical skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous business questions into actionable insightsCommunication: Strong executive communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadershipDesirableExperience in an early-stage or venture-backed high-growth companyMBA or other advanced business/finance credentialsExperience with FP&A platforms such as Prophix, Adaptive Planning, or PigmentFamiliarity with Salesforce and NetSuiteWhy Join Zema Global?Global Impact.
