Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.ResponsibilitiesYour Role:Review the subscription agreementsFollow up with investors on missing documentationMaintain all electronic and physical investor recordsMaintain bank accounts for funds assignedPrepare and review daily and weekly performance releasesProduce investor statements and correspondenceAssist with the appropriate handling of Fund Manager and investor calls and emailsAssist with various projects as assignedQualificationsAbout You:You have a post-secondary educationIdeally have 1-3 years’ experience in Client ServicesKnowledge of hedge or mutual fund industry and concepts an advantageExperience in Investor Relations, as it relates to a transfer agency environment is preferredSalary Range:CAD $50,000 - CAD $60,000This posting is for an existing vacancyYour well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
